1:1 Coaching for Sensitive Teens and Women over 40 Redesigning their Life from the Ground Up!

Hey there, wonderful people! 👋 It's been a while since we connected, and I'm excited to share the journey I've been on during this break. Life has taken me back into the corporate world, where I've gathered valuable insights and experiences that have shaped the next chapter of my story.

I'm also still navigating some important life changes, my mother passing over a year ago now had led to an ongoing reordering or my sense of who I am in the world. And I will happily share more about that when I am able!

Empowering Young Minds: Navigating the Inner World of Sensitive Gifted Souls Over my life time, I've observed and experienced first hand what it is to feel different from everyone else and to see solutions even where others can not. I was a sensitive child and was able to look at my parents for example and see the relational mistakes they are making, even at aged 10. There are some children and young people who are just older than their years and consequently may not always feel loved, or popular, or like they fit in.

With that in mind, I've delved into the intricate realm of sensitive gifted young people—those brilliant young minds who do not always feel that they fit in with fashion, or their social group and grapple with negative self-talk and self-doubt.

The mission? To guide them towards deeply embedded self esteem, so that they may foster a life filled with resilience and authenticity - where they fully own and can enjoy what's unique and brilliant about themselves and do not need permission from anyone else to do so.

Together, we embark on a journey to conquer self-doubt and negative thinking, laying the foundation for a future of flourishing confidence and authentic contribution and success in the world.

Loving Oneself Fully: A Healing Journey for Women Now, let's talk about a special focus - the incredible 40-plus women who have faced grief, depression, or overwhelm, my coaching extends to guide them on a journey towards full self-love.

My heart is devoted to helping women, (especially those who may also be childless and single) rediscover the art of self-love.

Together, we navigate the path to peace, joy, and a renewed sense of passion and purpose. It's a transformative journey that empowers women to embrace life with open arms once again.

Why Coaching with Me? I bring a unique blend of gritty, lived experiences with coaching practices drawn from Christopher Milbank (who created Reflective Repatterning) and Ed Smith, with whom I am currently training to be an accredited life coach.

My coaching isn't just about overcoming obstacles; it's about unlocking potential, fostering deep down confidence, self love and creating a life that radiates authenticity and fulfillment.

Whether you're a young soul navigating the complexities of self-doubt or a woman seeking to rediscover the joy within, I'm here to guide, support, and celebrate your journey. Let's embark on this chapter of your life together, creating a life that's not just lived but is one in which you make space for and can celebrate your own unique desires and abilities. Welcome to the next chapter—let's make it extraordinary! 💫

Stay tuned for more updates, insights, and inspiring stories. Until then, here's to embracing the journey of growth and empowerment!
